Department of Music ensembles are open to any student, regardless of major. Most ensembles offer 1/4-credit.

Active participation in an approved musical ensemble. Regular attendance at rehearsals and all performances in addition to other requirements as deemed necessary. The ensembles below recieve 1/4-credit. Credits may be combined up to the equivalent of two courses to satisfy Humanities elective requirements. Pep Band
Peb Band is a student-led ensemble that plays at all home football and basketball games (Men’s and Women’s) as well as selected other events. Contact the Pep Band here if you are interested in joining.

Contemporary Music Ensemble (Kirk O’Riordan, director)
The Contemporary Music Ensemble performs chamber music composed in the last 100 years. Participation in the ensemble is limited to highly advanced instrumentalists and is by invitation of the director.
